1. You can register to Nintendo 3DS Forums but you have to register on this website if you wanna join STL.
2. You must have a 3DS with an online username and online connection.
3.You have to give us your 3DS FC.
4. You have to add Paul STL to your 3DS friends list.
5.You have to send Paul STL
